Terms and conditions for using TradeDB

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TradeDB, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into this agreement and that you accept these terms in full.

2. Eligibility

TradeDB is designed for organizations and professionals active in trade. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service.

3. Accounts & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Use TradeDB only for lawful business purposes.
  • Do not post misleading, fraudulent, or prohibited content.
  • Do not interfere with the security or operation of the service.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you publish on TradeDB but grant us a license to display and distribute it through the service. TradeDB content, design, and software are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Privacy

Our use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using TradeDB, you also agree to that policy.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

TradeDB is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about reliability, availability, or suitability for your purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the service in the 12 months prior to a claim.

9. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use of TradeDB constitutes acceptance.
