BSS (Business Support Solutions), also known as Building Support Services, is a Romanian provider of integrated Property & Facility Management. Founded in 2003, the company delivers financial, technical (“hard FM”) and non-technical (“soft FM”) services for medium and large buildings, including offices, logistics and retail sites, with 24/7 coverage and nationwide operations.

Services and operations

BSS manages landlord–tenant interfaces, contracts, invoicing and utilities reconciliation, budgets and property reporting, and emergency and building-use procedures. Technical FM covers preventive/predictive/corrective maintenance, 24/7 help desk and dispatching, BMS-based remote monitoring, energy-efficiency programs, fire-safety systems maintenance, and docking/access systems servicing.

Specialty and digital tools

Offerings include full cleaning (incl. industrial and post-construction), disinfection/pest/rodent control, landscaping and indoor plants, snow removal, reception services, construction behavior monitoring and Construction Technical Book (CTB) management. BSS also markets CAFM via Planon™, CMMS via ManWinWin, drone-based thermal/roof inspections, XpertEye remote-assistance for technicians, and robotic floor cleaning with LeoBot.
